Andy ran a successful building and remodeling company called Innovative Improvements from 2004-2011 specializing in additions, kitchen and bath renovations and custom trim work. He has helped numerous clients through the phases of construction—from visualizing a design all the way to the finished result. In addition to building, he has an extensive background in landscape design.

Rick has been involved in the building/construction business since he was 8 years old when his father would bring him to the job site to clean and organize. After high school he moved through the ranks at his fathers construction business fast and by age twenty four he was running large residential building projects. All the knowledge and skill he has learned through the years makes him a well rounded builder with the ability to lead complex projects. His attention to detail and ability to think a few steps ahead makes him the exact person you want running your next construction project.
